#36272 [NEW]: str_split contains an irrelevant example

This example does not use str_split() but rather uses preg_split() when str_split() would probably be faster. It doesn't contribute anything to the knowledge of how to use str_split(). I also can't recall ever seeing an irrelevant example like it before in the documentation.
