Bug Type: Documentation problem
Operating System: all
PHP Version: Irrelevant
New Comment:
Organization by value type is not very useful (why then not by the
number of letters in the constant or some other irrelevant criteria :_?
). Organization by function, as on curls homepage, is a bit more useful,
but it is still heavily factored.

It's organized by a value type on the page
http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.curl-setopt.php

Description:
------------
The alphabetical ordering of curl options is a mess. It should be
structured by functions, as in
http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/curl_easy_setopt.html
.
While a documentation in general should be precise, it also should be
readable and helpful, not only writeable.
There should be a mentioning of libcurl-easy and a http reference to
it.
