Description:
------------
Is md5 binary-safe?
I would think it would be, but it doesn't say it is...
Reproduce code:
---------------
$jpeg = file_get_contents('test.jpg');
$md5 = md5($jpeg);
//store $md5 in database to detect changes to test.jpg later
