That's what I was writing about.

The sense is you can do stuff like
$code_str = '<html>...<body><?php echo $something;
?></body></html>';
And then prepend that string with '?>' when using eval:
eval('?>'. $code_str);
Where $code_str might as well be read from a database.

I'll think of some rewording. I did not want to add a whole paragraph to
the manual page as doing things like the above example was obvious to me
but some people didn't realize that was possible.
