Actually, that's wrong. sammywg has already translated them for the German manual.

fix the filenames, I'll remove and re-add the broken named ones. The history part in the german translation is not a much interesting one, only the english history parts are. But, if remove and re-add, would you write a hint for the removed versions so people can find them in cvs history? I think that's the fastest option and lost history comments as fewest as possible.
