Polish downloadable chm file has no content. Probably compilation error
has occured.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Polish chm help file has only 400kb size and has no content, while
English has 6,58MB.
