Thanks for the efforts Nuno, but this file was uploaded few days ago and the problems were before that. It's just the same here, I think that this is the same for Kouber Saparev - output in the console and no files generated. There's no difference - in fact, the folder was just checked out, so it has to be "clean" enough.

phpdoc-bg had one xml error in a file. I have fixed and it now passes 'make test' correctly for me. Update your cvs tree and it should work. If it doesn't, try to install a newer version of openjade and opensp. Nuno
