bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Please use the extended-chm version until we figure out
what is causing these problems.

I had downloaded the CHM file from different mirrors and when I open
the file "Action Canceled" appear.
