#40362 [NEW]: DOM XML methods no longer CamelCased

Since the PHP manual overhaul I've noticed that the names for DOM XML methods appear as underscored_names, rather than CamelCase. eg: DOMDocument->create_element() should be: DOMDocument->createElement()!
