From: edwardzyang at thewritingpot dot com Operating system: PHP version: Irrelevant PHP Bug Type: Livedocs problem Bug description: Livedocs assumes PHP installed as module Description: ------------ When generating necessary htaccess files for livedocs, livedocs incorrectly assumes that PHP has been installed as a module and attempts writes php_value default_charset "UTF-8". When PHP is installed as CGI, this results in a 500 Internal Server Error.
