The php_manual_en.chm file that is can be downloaded from the
documentation download page does not work correctly even though I'm
using Internet Explorer on a Windows 2000 System.
On several pages I get the "The page cannot be displayed" page and
nothing else.

These are the items that you will find are not compiled correctly in
the CHM:
Zend API All Pages
PHP API Interfaces All Pages
Appendixes First Page Only
Expected result:
----------------
You should see the pages when you select them.
