There isn't one. Well. There is a *simple* way to view the *final*
result, but to get to that stage is extremely complicated on Windows.
You'll need to install 'cygwin' and all sorts of unpleasant tools.
I know there is a "configure.php" replacement out there somewhere
which we could probably adjust to work on windows, I however don't
know about anyone using Windows here so I am probably volunteering to
look into it :(
