Hello Mert, I do not see an account request from you, did you apply for an account yet? It appears the Turkish translation hasn't been active for over a year so please write that list (doc-tr@lists.php.net) and see who's interested in starting it up again. This email is also being sent to Serdar as he is the designated lead. And please post a decent sized patch to that list, it'll be reviewed, and your account will be created.
