Obtaining CVS Account

Hi, I want to get CVS account for php documentation project for ka_GE language (georgian). Currently I am working on many l10n projects including products like KDE, Mozilla and have advanced experience in translation issues, versioning and commit... In this case my participation mainly will be support, not administration for this project to guys that are planning to translate php-doc. If you have some additional tools for this - please let me know. I will provide access to my local server to our developers, so they can collaborate. I will appreciate if gettext-format converter is supported - I have database for automatic translation - it will help. Thank you!
