Adding and commiting extention documentation, Karma please :)

Group, According to the error message when trying to commit my changes to the document tree. I have to contact group@php.net the howto however tells me to ask for Karma at this email adres. So here goes. Please give me some Karma. As the maintainer of the PECL extention MQSERIES I like to add my piece of documentation to the phpdoc tree. My cvs account for commiting code changes is 'philippe'. TIA.
