Need Assist with PhD

Hello, Even if version is irrevelant, I used the latest 0.4.2 I've install PhD 0.4.2 under my new/clean windows platform PHP 5.2.8 with additional PEAR package Console_CommandLine 1.0.5 and PHP_Compat 1.6.0a2 I've run steps : 1. Checking out peardoc 2. go to my local peardoc directory, and run php configure.php 3. run phd -f xhtml -t pearchunkedhtml -o build/en -d giant.xml I got no errors, and the PEAR Manual was built. So I've decided to start to update one of my PEAR package Manual pages (PHP_CompatInfo). I've begin with a simple modification: change text content. And then I wanted to view if the change was taken or not. So I've run again phd -f xhtml -t pearchunkedhtml -o build/en -d giant.xml And I see no change. Did I missed something ? Help are welcome for a newbie in PhD usage Thanks in advance Laurent
