Now we can now use phpdoc/modules/doc-[lang] module which svn:external
prop is set. Maybe all member already know this, but I cound not find
it without checking php.doc.cvs commit log, so FYI.
svn co http://svn.php.net/repository/phpdoc/modules/doc-[lang]
cd doc-[lang]/doc-base
php configure.php --with-lang=[lang]
phd .manual.xml
