svn commit failure

Greetings, Is there any svn expert can give me a hand ^^? I'm committing to the PhD online doc-editor project ... URL: http://svn.php.net/repository/web/doc-editor/trunk But, server responses me with (400 Bad Request) by the following svn ci > svn ci -F log --username mrkschan . Authentication realm: <http://svn.php.net:80> PHP Subversion Repository Password for 'mrkschan': svn: Commit failed (details follow): svn: At least one property change failed; repository is unchanged svn: Server sent unexpected return value (400 Bad Request) in response to PROPPATCH request for '/repository/!svn/wbl/5b9b8d26-24cb-4658-96be-d96724657f7d/284572' I don't know whether this failure is due to http-timeout or not as i'm committing from Hong Kong, Asia.
