May be ready for doc-all fix; please check

Hi all; hi Simion, I have written a small script to check the doc-all/$lang translations against the version numbers listed in the en/ tree immediately prior to my large (and, it seems, foolish) commit a couple of nights ago. The script bumps EN-Revision where required--I think. As I had just updated my local en/ tree, this should hopefully leave relatively few files in the translations requiring manual attention from their maintainers. The script ignores any translation file with an EN-Revision of "1.nn" (old CVS-style rev) or EN-Revision: n/a. Simion, since you were the first to notify me of the problem, I've picked the Romanian translation as the guinea pig here (although I have run the script against the entire doc-all/ tree). I have run revcheck.php against doc-all/ before and after running my script, and before running, all translations show up as 0% up-to-date. After running the script, the Romanian translation show up as 2.23% complete; the French translation, as 88.57% up-to-date, and the Japanese as 91.31% up-to-date. I recall that the French and Japanese were the most up-to-date prior to my commit, which is why I tested them early. I'm attaching the output of revcheck.php for the Romanian translation as well as a diff against the ro/ tree. If you are able to check it out and let me know if it fixes the problem in the way you would expect, that would be great. I am just taking this extra step as others are more familiar with the translation setup than I am (although now I see I need to change that) and I don't want to make things worse with a bogus fix. I see that nilgun has already fixed the tr/ tree, and his fix indicates to me that I am on the right track. Regards, Torben
