Greetings Evgeniy,
Great, the Russian translation needs a lot of help! Please try emailing doc-ru@lists.php.net to see
if anyone there is alive, also please test out the following online doc editor as anonymous (it
eventually requests an email address to optionally track patches):
And create a few patches to the RU documentation. After a little work we'll get you an account
and karma, and hopefully eventually see the Russian translation online again! :)
Regards,
Philip
