I want to contribute to the German translation of the PHP documentation. To show you, how I
translate, I made a sample translation of the 'hash' module, which is currently not
translated to German: http://www.raphaelmichel.de/files/patches/php-doc/de/hash.svn.diff
So I only need writing access to the German translation of php-doc, not to the whole php code ;-)
