Adding A to Z links to the function index.

Hi. I think replacing the <indexdiv><title> with an <indexdiv><simplelist type="inline"> like this ... <indexdiv id="index.functions.a"> <simplelist type="inline"> <member role="focus">A</member> <member><link linkend="index.functions.b">B</link></member> <member><link linkend="index.functions.c">C</link></member> ... </simplelist> could be one way to handle this issue.
