Problems creating documentation

Hi everyone, We are currently trying to create the documentation for the SQLSRV and PDO_SQLSRV, but are running into a few problems. No worries. Happ shittens. Try again after fixing the errors above.. ****** The one which mentions this: got (title titleabbrev partintro ) has to do with references.xml, but we can't work out what is wrong with the document structure.
