DOMNodeList::item Example 1 needs source file 'book.xml'

Sir or Madam, Could you post the contents of the source file 'book.xml' at "domnodelist.item.php" Example 1, so that I may replicate the example results? I am trying to learn the DOMDocument API as it relates to manipulating an XML file in PHP.  Going through the documentation and replicating the examples is a valuable method of learning.  But, in order to replicate the example, one must have/know the source file used in the example.  Example 1 at "domnodelist.item.php" uses a source file of 'book.xml' and I cannot find it.  I found something close at "domdocument.xinclude.php", (the output of it's example 1). I have restructured that output into an XML file with a structure, I think, resembles what the true 'book.xml' file looks like. But I may be wrong. Regards Rick Simeon
