I'm so sorry about that. When the docs.php.net four-hourly build
worked fine (presumably it follows PhD trunk), I naïvely assumed that
the release build would work the same way. I should have been louder.
I owe beers/coffees/other drinks of their choice to the appropriate
people who had to fix this. Again, I'm sorry.
