[PHP 4 Manual] Status update and reminder

Hello, I'm posting this as a new thread to minify a chance to overlook it. According to http://news.php.net/php.doc/969385099 I'd like to remind that I uploaded archives of PHP 4 manual to doc.php.net/archives/ More info in separate email. Besides that, in mentioned email I have asked a few questions and I would be very glad to know your answers. On 2014-08-15 Peter Cowburn wrote:

If there will be no objections I'm going to merge aforementioned pull request and start updating manual on August 22nd, 2014 (next Friday - two weeks after mentioned questions were asked).
