There is no key for it. in general, green is for types, blue for function names and arguments, and purple for initializer - but that may or may not be consistent throughout the manual or is something we did intentionally. It is an excellent point you raise that we simply have never considered. Also note the coloring in prototypes is not even consistent with the examples.
