Fwd: [PHP-DOC] VCS Account Request: autocircled

I have learned about how to translate from http://doc.php.net/tutorial/ and https://edit.php.net/ but I didn't have any experience with SVN or contribute any other projects. But my team members are already contributing to WordPress and Wikipedia to translate in Bengali. And right now we are 15 people willing to contributing for get PHP in Bengali. If this project runs then we will get more interested people whose will contribute.
