Deprecation information in versions.xml

Hi docs chaps, Thanks to Maciej, we have the ability to mark when a function/method was deprecated, in the versions.xml files. Simply add the "deprecated" attribute for the function, containing the version in which deprecation happened. It is going to be a big task getting these versions.xml files up-to-date but when you are amending them, please be super-careful that the information you're adding is correct. In the commit below, I amended some of Maciej's changes... and *still* made a mistake (set_stream_blocking() has been deprecated since 4.0 beta 4!).
