Hey guys,
that was just me but I fixed it. This is the first time I have added a
new manual page, sorry for breaking the build. But,
PDO::sqliteCreateCollation is now documented.
While we are talking, what about removing the experimental from the
three PDO::sqliteCreate* methods? It's been quite some time, they are
unlikely to break now... and if they do in PHP 7 so be it.
Also, should I put the other two in the "see also" of
PDO::sqliteCreateCollation ? I felt they have little to do with each
other so I didn't.
