Thanks, Hannes, now I can see the buttons. However, I tried to reject
<http://php.net/manual/en/install.windows.manual.php#116730>
(which is
clearly a support request), but it didn't work (only a small browser
window popped up, closed, and nothing else seemed to happen).
According to <http://doc.php.net/tutorial/user-notes.php>
one must have
SVN commit access to the manual – I do, however, have doc-de karma only.
