Hi Peter!

    I'm convinced that we should describe items marked as "done" on
    Peter's list first. We need to sync other parts of the manual with
    the migration guide and then we can proceed with next items.
In an ideal world, as we work through the items in the TODO list they should be documented in their proper place (e.g. adding a changelog entry to a function) and at the same time added the migration guide where appropriate.

Agreed, that's exactly how we should proceed. However, we already did some job in the manual and not in the migration guide (coz it weren't there). Therefore, we should sync those two places first - and that's why I created this repo. Thanks, Maciej.
