Hello! I\'m trying to get doc karma to contribute documentation on the CSPRNG in PHP 7.
RFC: https://wiki.php.net/rfc/easy_userland_csprng
PR: https://github.com/php/php-src/pull/1119
I\'ve gone through all the steps of setting up a mirror of the php.net site locally,
validating the DocBook XML files, and convert them to PHP. All is well - just need to be able to
push it up to have it reviewed.
