Hi Christoph!
I just removed it. I see no point in keeping files of disabled extension - we have VCS so removal can be reverted at any time if there will be interest in doing so.
Currently, it was only causing confusion, IMO.

Hi! I've just noticed that the PHP manual contains the documentation of PECL/idn[1], but that it has been disabled due to conflicting function names (idn_to_ascii and idn_to_utf8 are used by ext/intl)[2]. However, because version.xml is still there (and not disabled) the documentation of these functions has duplicate and confusing version information[3]. Of course, the proper solution would be to rename ext/intl's idn_to_ascii and idn_to_utf8, but that is obviously impossible for BC reasons. I'm not sure about the status of PECL/idn, however. Its developement may have been ceased (did it, Johannes?), and if so, we may consider to actually remove the documentation from the PHP manual. Otherwise it might be an option to tag the PECL/idn functions with an additional idn_ prefix, so that there are no more conflicts. Thoughts?
