VCS Account Request: jiripudil

Every once in a while I find some things added to PHP that are not reflected in the docs, and add them. This way, I’ve already submitted two patches through PhDOE: \'v\' format character in date [1] and AAD support in OpenSSL [2] Now I’d like to add docs for the Closure::fromCallable method [3], and since I seem to be unable to add new files through the web interface, I’ve set up the local repository, prepared the page [4] and would like to get the docs karma so that I can commit the changes.
