Preferably, you start by submitting patches via <https://edit.php.net/>
(it's best to login via a third-party authentication service; choose any
of the 7 that are available). This way you learn the basics, and
somebody else could have a look at your patches. Please ping this list,
if the patches won't be addressed in a timely manner.
