PHP Documentation Helper

Hi my name is Clinton Shane Wright and I use the PHP manual online documentation as a constant reference while writing applications. What I am finding is that the specifics of certain topics, i.e. Interfaces, has been watered down and the specifics, for example visibility allowance, is not exclusively specified. As far I remember, the manual used to detail the entire nature and use of a topic like Interfaces, for example only public visibility can be used within interfaces.
