Contribute to PHP docs

Hello everyone, I requsted for an account to edit.php.net a week ago from the mail lexrulezzz@mail.ru, I write again, because I have a suspicion that this mail did not send any of my emails to you. I previously improved the Russian documentation (translated, was engaged in subtracting), came in using GitHub, my user ID is 81924 (Alexey Pyltsyn). You can probably see it on my patches. I want to continue to do Russian docume. ntation, but under my account. I hope for understanding, thank you!
