Even the fixed Firebird page[1] has already been rolled out; however,
not necessarily the translations which have to be updated by the
respective translation teams. Note that the Danish translation has been
removed long ago (only 5 pages are translated[2]), and isn't even
supposed to be available (except for docs.php.net).

Well, if you are referring to translations, there is no need to file bug
reports, since the translation teams can easily see which files are
out-dated by looking at the translation status[3].
If you are referring to the original (i.e. the English manual), then
please file bug reports where appropriate, but not something general as
"the documentation is out of date".
