Hi everybody!
I've just stumbled upon <https://bugs.php.net/67165> which suggests to
add phpdbg documentation to the PHP manual. There is already a patch in
PhdOE by Grummfy which may serve as a start.
So I'm asking whether we should tackle this issue, and if so, where to
place the phpdbg docs. Grummfy's patch puts them to reference/, but I'm
not sure whether this is the “right” place.
Joe, would it be okay to reuse the existing docs from
<https://phpdbg.room11.org/>? Also please note that
<https://github.com/krakjoe/phpdbg> still
links to phpdbg.com which
appears to have changed the owner.
