Hi all! README.RELEASE_PROCESS states[1]: | For the first RC, write the doc team (phpdoc@lists.php.net) about | updating the INSTALL and win32/install.txt files which are generated | from the PHP manual sources. I've already asked on release-managers@, but apparently nobody there has any information on how this is accomplished (and apparently it has been overlooked for years).
