Hi!
I want to get a VCS Account and join the Chinese(Simplified) manual translate team.
I use PHP for more than 6 years, personally, I'm very grateful for the PHP document, it's
very helpful in my daily work, especially in the beginning. I think PHP have an excellent document,
but some of people around me have poor English skills, it's too hard for them to read the
document. At the same time, the Chinese(Simplified) manual is not complete, it also need to be
update. So I want to join your team!
