Well, actually it'd be the goal of adding PhpManager to the PHP manual;)
But I do understand that adding an link to PhpManager in the official
PHP Manual may require some responsibility, so it's fine for me to
wait that more people know and adopt it.
Some days ago I added a link to PhpManager in the comments of that
manual page, but of course it has been removed by the manual
maintainers because it didn't adhere to the guidelines; and I agree
with that too, but I still think that sharing a link to PhpManager in
a high visible site would be helpful for many people.
