Remove PDF from documentation

Hello, the PHP manual still contains the reference for PDF Functions.   https://www.php.net/manual/en/book.pdf.php This documentation is not maintained and outdated. It might be useful for PDFlib-Lite users, for others it more confusing than helpful.
