revcheck.php git rewrite!

Hi, I was slowly working on a doc-base/scripts/revcheck.php rewrite, and now there are some results to show. The new script runs under 2 seconds on my machine (an old i7-3770K with SSD disk) and generates practical results, albeit incomplete for now. The source can be tracked on [1], and example results can be seen on [2] and [3]. The new script output links to individual files _and_ generate per file diffs (need an external hosted script). I'm focused now on extending the external diff tool, so I'm not going to work in this revcheck rewrite for a while. It's up to grabs if anyone likes to complete or push this script in the official PHP git. The issues at this stage are: - License. I'm in doubt if I single handedly can upgrade the license notice (because licence changed from 3 to 3.01), I can license as new as [5] (is a full rewrite anyway) or if I keep the old license as [6]. - There are missing tables from the previous script. I'm accepting patchs / PRs while this is not incorporated in PHP's git; - The actual diff system links to an external tool. This needs to be rewritten in terms of /usr/bin/diff or xdiff. The actual version uses pure PHP external code, that I intend to keep to make a more specific / pretty diffs, like the GitHub ones. If anybody knows of a BSD or compatible diff implementation of diff I would like to know. Anyway, the revcheck script was something I was deeply missing after git migration, so I invite translators to download, test and usi this tool.
