pt_BR builds fails only locally

Hi, The pt_BR manual builds ok in docs.php.net [1] but fails locally (unknown ID class.weakref). See [3] for a fast reproduction. So there is some mismatch on local vs central update, with no email warnings. Can someone check if the migration from git.php.net to github broke something? I also highlight this patch [2] that would make this type of situation more easy to diagnose.
