The error log (/local/logs/php_error_log_doc) contains the following:
[17-May-2021 10:32:51 UTC] PHP Warning: SQLite3::query(): Unable to
prepare statement: 1, no such table: descriptions in
/local/src/docweb/www/revcheck.php on line 31
[17-May-2021 10:32:51 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a
member function fetchArray() on bool in
/local/src/docweb/www/revcheck.php:32
Stack trace:
#0 {main}
thrown in /local/src/docweb/www/revcheck.php on line 32
So the schema of the SQLite database is not as expected. This looks to be
because the build-ops* files (not tracked in Git) weren't updated as
required for Git. I updated those and re-ran the rev.php script to
re-generate the SQLite database.
[root@euk2 scripts]# php ./rev.php
Copying temporary database to final database
Time of generation: 3.0449929237366 s
End
This looks to have fixed the 500 error for revcheck.php.
