Hi Glash,
While true, that's for a mirror. 구민석 is interested in taking over
maintenance for the Korean translation for the PHP manual which is
different than hosting a mirror. See http://docs.php.net/manual/kr/ from
https://www.php.net/manual/help-translate.php.

Regarding bringing the translation back, I'm all for it. There's tooling
available to assist with weeding out what is outdated, and how outdated the
translation is. http://doc.php.net/revcheck.php
(I'm guessing the
translation will need to be brought out of archive in order for this to
work though). But I want to caution that it will be a considerable amount
of work.
