There is lack of "im->saveAlphaFlag = 1" at "case: PNG_COLOR_TYPE_RGB_ALPHA" in file gd_png.c line 300. This bug make a terrible situation. I read a png image to gdImagePtr, and then write gdImagePtr to anthor file, however, the two file is different.
