I need to do some encryption/decryption of data in PHP. I don't need anything heavy duty. Just some scheme that obscures strings in a non-trivial manner. I am on a shared hosting site which doesn't have the mcrypt suite installed with PHP (& they won't install it). Does anyone know of any functions written in PHP that could serve this purpose? -- JR
